Refund policy

Refund Eligibility:

Before Program/Event Start:
Full refunds are available if the cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the event or program start date.

After Program/Event Start:
No refunds will be issued once the program or event has begun, as spaces are limited and materials are provided upfront. In exceptional cases (e.g., injury with medical proof), partial credits or prorated refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Purchases:

  • No refunds will be granted for discounted plans or events.
  • Any processing or administrative fees (e.g., transaction fees) are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, including proof of payment and a reason for cancellation.

Program or Event Rescheduling:
If an event or program is postponed or canceled, participants may choose between a full refund or transferring enrollment to a future session.
